Loaded will join the tour Guns N 'Roses!

Duff McKagan and his band Loaded will join the U.S. tour that will perform the new formation of his former band Guns N 'Roses.
The blond bassist, who left the legendary rock group in 1997, returned to the road with Guns N 'Roses, this time to open with his band Loaded two concerts of the "Gunners".

Los reconocidos grupos Guns N’ Roses, Beastie Boys y los Red Hot Chili Peppers serán parte de la escasa representación del rock de los años 80 que, lentamente, se abre paso en el legendario Salón de la Fama del Rock and Roll.

Las bandas forman parte del pequeño grupo de artistas que ingresará a la selecta lista del museo temático, en el 2012. El anuncio fue realizado el día de ayer por voceros del Salón de la Fama, localizado en Cleveland, Estados Unidos.

Los británicos de The Small Faces, el cantante de folk Donovan y la estadounidense Laura Nyro completan el grupo de músicos que participarán de la ceremonia de inducción, en abril.

“Representan el amplio espectro de artistas que definen el rock and roll”, dijo el presidente de la organización, Joel Peresman.

El Salón de la Fama anunció hoy, que en la ceremonia de ingreso de los nuevos artistas, abrirán su biblioteca y sus archivos al público.

Larga carrera. Las tres agrupaciones de rock cargan con más de 25 años de trayectoria y millones de discos vendidos, que cosecharon el apoyo de cientos de votantes para ingresar al salón.

Autores de temas tan conocidos como Welcome to the Jungle, Guns N' Roses se convirtió en un fenómeno instantáneo cuando lanzó en 1987 su LP (disco de larga duración) Appetite for Destruction.
